We offer both a paper application and electronic application.
For paper application:
You can print and fill out our paper application and mail or email it back. Make sure you either mail your $10 application fee or pay below, or your application WILL NOT be processed. Be sure to include ALL REQUESTED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION in your email or your application cannot be processed.

Follow these steps in order for your electronic application to be processed:
Note: Your application may require either an attestation from your school or an affidavit from your supervising attorney. You can print these out and email them separately.
1. Click on the Electronic Membership Application link below, fill it out, and submit.
2. Use the links at the bottom of the page to fill out the applicable electronic attestation and pledge of professionalism forms.
3. Use the link to pay the $10 application fee
4. Email the above mentioned documents from school or supervisor to firstname.lastname@example.org
